Sharon Otto has been in the learning and development industry for over 20 years, having serviced many industries including SaaS, legal, and education to name a few. Sharon holds a Master of Education in Organizational Development & Adult Education as well as a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and is certified in MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator).
Whether it is building a learning program, developing an online course, delivering training and workshops, or creating eLearning, Sharon has experience in a wide gamut of learning and development activities. She has many areas of expertise including online self-service learning programs, program and course development, training and workshop design and delivery, technical writing, and digital learning.
She is a member of ATD, BNI Playmakers, and the eLearning Guild. Sharon lives with her husband, Greg, and fur baby, Luna, in New Jersey. She loves to travel and rates Cambodia and Thailand one of her favorite international trips to date, with Santorini a very close second.
