Kishana grew up in Pasadena, CA, and is a mother and wedding photographer where she approaches each wedding as a brand new opportunity to create a love story through her eye — and ends each story with eating lots of wedding cake!

Driven by creative thinking, she takes pride in providing the best learner experience possible. As an Instructional Designer, her goals include a clear and concise learning experience and meeting the needs of learners right where they are. She is fluent in mixed delivery models including blended solutions, instructor-led training, eLearning, user guides, and job aids.  Kishana embraces innovative, creative teaching and learning strategies designed and implemented through collaboration and teamwork. In addition to her primary functions in instructional design, Kishana has been recognized by her clients for her extraordinary commitment to helping others find their success.
