Objectives
ESM is a mid-sized consulting company focused on corporate strategy execution. They came to The Learning Guides with a desire to refresh existing eLearning modules that were being used to generate revenue, and to identify a new platform to bring their content to market. Working with ESM, we decided to focus on the following two objectives – to create an elevated learner experience and to provide guidance selling online courses to speed up time to market.
Solutions
To create an elevated learner experience, our first suggestion was that ESM turn their eLearning modules into online courses. Taking this step resulted in a streamlined, branded experience with a clear pathway to certification. We refreshed and created new content that included impactful graphics, interactive activities, full audio narration, and video elements to elevate the learner experience and address accessibility. Additionally, our best-practice guidance, platform suggestions, and start-to-finish support regarding online course sales, gave ESM what they needed to get to market as quickly and effectively as possible.
